A menu is a story, and every dish is a chapter. At Pepe & Sale, our story is one of "fine Italian dining" told with the creative flair of "international cuisine." While we invite you to explore the full menu, we wanted to pull back the curtain on a few signature dishes that our guests love.

These plates are "crafted by skilled chefs" and represent the heart of our philosophy: exceptional ingredients prepared with meticulous care.

Carpaccio di Manzo

A true Italian classic. We start with thinly sliced, high-quality beef tenderloin. The magic is in the details: it's adorned with capers, Taggiasche olives, shaved parmigiano, and crisp baby arugula. A drizzle of infused olive oil brings it all together. It's a light, elegant, and incredibly flavorful way to begin your fine dining experience.

Paccheri al Pesto di Pistacchio

This is a perfect example of our "unique blend" of tradition and innovation. We take large paccheri pasta and toss it in a house-made pesto crafted from rich, nutty pistachios. It's served with fresh cherry tomatoes and decadent, jumbo shrimp. It’s a vibrant, modern Italian dish that has become a Stuart favorite.

"Specialty cuisine crafted by skilled chefs."

Filet Mignon al Pepe Verde

For our Secondi, this dish is a standout. We feature an 8 oz. Black Angus filet, cooked to perfection. It's served in a classic, creamy green peppercorn brandy sauce that is rich and decadent. Paired with a side of asparagus, it's a timeless steakhouse favorite, executed with Italian finesse.

Branzino al Sale / Livornese

A true showstopper. We offer a whole-baked Mediterranean sea bass, which you can have prepared one of two ways. "Al Sale" is a classic preparation where the fish is baked in a salt crust, keeping it incredibly moist. "Livornese" is a vibrant Tuscan style, baked with plum tomatoes, capers, olives, and garlic. Either way, it's a remarkable dish to share.
